Everytime I go in for my oil change I am always greeted with kindness. Everyone is always so nice and knowledgeable and professional. I enjoy taking me car in to this location. Service is always fast and friendly.

Realizing how low my oil actually was on Saturday and with plans to drive to WI the next day, I stopped here for a quick oil change. I haven’t been here before, but when I googled “quick oil change by me”, this was what came up. I had my 3 kids in the car and we were planning to go to dinner for my birthday shortly after. When I pulled in they told me it would be about 10 minutes. Well, about 5 minutes in I could see them on their phones and whispering and I overheard one of the guys there say they didn’t have “it” in stock. One of the guys then came over and told me they didn’t have the oil filter and they couldn’t do the oil change, though they still tried to sell me some other type of filter. I declined because I really needed the oil change. Before leaving there, I had called the Jiffy Lube on McLean ahead of time to see if they had what was needed for my oil change- they did not, but they were able to track it down for me and had it at their location in a hour. So after pulling out from the Valvoline and making a right onto Randall Rd it sounded like I had driven over something. When I got further away and looked in my rearview mirror I saw something black on the ground laying

I have been patronizing this location for about 6 years. Everything has gone well up until the last 2 visits. A new manager appeared 3 visits ago. He seemed to be ok on the 1st visit. On the 2nd visit, he appeared to be upset with his team and used foul language when talking about them - the "f" bomb. During my visit yesterday, he wasn't very cordial upon my arrival. After I told him I needed an oil change, he reached into my vehicle to manipulate my turn signals to check my lights. I never had anyone do that. Toward the end of my visit, he was checking me out, but stopped abruptly and went in a huff to go to the adjacent bay to open the door for another customer. He seemed to be irritated that his team member did not open the door because he was on a call with a customer. His behavior has been erratic and certainly not customer oriented.

The CSR, Brandon and his team, Gregory and Branden were very professional and courteous. They did the job in a timely manner and made sure to note verbally and in writing the recommendations. Very good experience and will certainly recommend to others.

Great experience, no wait. John, the manager, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Have been taking my car where John is at everytime. I come in quick, and he gives me honest feedback on the status of my car. The place has three bays ready for any size volume of cars and truck. I have a lift truck, and the bays had no problems with the oil change
